Rules

Because Referendum 71 (Domestic Partner) has qualified for the November 3, 2009 general election ballot, the Director of the Department of Personnel has extended the original effective date (September 16, 2009) shown on WSR 09-17-056 and WSR 09-17-057 to December 3, 2009. Both filings will be revisited following the outcome of the election.
