The mission of the DES's Small Agency HR Services (SAS) is to provide Small Agencies with quality, timely and efficient HR services. SAS is committed to providing outstanding service to our client agencies.

DES shall achieve this mission by utilizing technology, cultivating the skills of our staff and building a strong relationship with our client agencies.

• General Human Resource Guidance: Provide end-to-end HR administration.
• WAC Rules Interpretation: Provide rules guidance and interpretation.
