Effective October 1, 2011, the Director's Review Program and Personnel Resources Board staff became part of the Office of the State Human Resources (HR) Director within the Office of Financial Management.
Because the HR Director's Office is in a secure building, those who wish to file documents in person need to call in advance. The main number for the Director's Review and Personnel Resources Board Office is 360-664-0388. An office directory is also listed at the main entrance to the building. You may call the main number or a specific person. A staff member will meet you at the front entrance.
A Director's review is the first step in the appeal process for allocations and rule violations.
Director's decisions may be appealed to the Personnel Resources Board (PRB).
