The HR Management Advisory Group works collaboratively with the Office of the State Human Resource Director, agency leadership, and other stakeholders to support strategic HR management in Washington State government. This group provides input and recommendations regarding:
- Strategic HR management initiatives.
- HR processes and service delivery.
- HR metrics and performance measures.
- The implementation of Directive 09-02 – HR shared services.
