HR Management Reports are used to measure and monitor Washington State workforce management practices.
Is my agency expected to submit an HR Management Report?
As of the October 2011 Reporting Cycle, a statewide summary of all HR Management Report data will be compiled for each Executive Branch Agency with more than 100 employees.
In place of the full HR Management Report MS PowerPoint presentation, agencies will submit the following information by October 15th:
- Agency Executive Summary
- Agency Tracked Data
- Agency Affirmative Action Plan
This information will be submitted using the FY 2011 condensed Agency HRM Report Template.
Note: Agencies still have the option of submitting the original HR Management Report Template as long as it includes all information required in the FY 2011 condensed Agency HRM Report Template.
Information provided by the agencies will be added to the statewide summary of agency HR Management Report data that will be published on the web.
What if my Agency still wants to put together a full HR Management Report?
The HR Management Report Template (PPT) is still available to agencies that choose to complete the full HR Management Report.
