HR Management Reports

The Statewide HR Management Report includes enterprise-level measurements at the agency level.

In review of the data and executive summary analysis, the Governor, Cabinet, and Office of the State HR Director and HR Services identify successes, challenges, and strategies to improve state government workforce management.

Please note that the HR Management Report process and format were revised for FY11 in an effort to streamline reporting and allow for more effective comparison of the data. For detailed information on the changes, please go to the HR Management Report Process for FY 2011.
