7/26/2011 - New HR Management Report Process. For streamlined reporting, the Statewide HR Management Report will now include agency data compiled into one document and made available on the web for users. The centrally produced report will display data for agencies required to report (Executive Branch agencies with more than 100 employees).
Reporting agencies will only need to provide the following information by October 15:
- Agency Workforce Executive Summary for FY11
- Agency Tracked Data - Employees with current position/competency descriptions, Employee Expectations, Individual Development Plans, Employee Evaluations
- Affirmative Action Interim Plans
This information will be submitted using the FY 2011 condensed Agency HRM Report Template.
Agencies can submit information using the existing PowerPoint template or, may submit using the new condensed Agency HR Management Report template. Office of the State HR Director (OSHRD) will continue to update and maintain templates and online HRM Report information for agencies to use for GMAP purposes.
Training will not be offered for the FY 2011 reporting cycle; however, instructions for running BI HRM Reports on the portal and completing the Full HR Management Report Template (PPT) is available for assistance to those agencies that wish to complete the full template: Updating the HR Management Report Template.
