Statewide HRM Reports

The Statewide HR Management Report includes enterprise-level measurements, comparisons, and analysis (including analysis of agency-level reports). It is based on a roll-up of the agencies' annual HR Management Reports that are submitted to the Office of the State HR Director.

Based on these findings, the Governor, Cabinet, and Office of the State HR Director identify successes, challenges, and strategies to improve state government workforce management.
