The Agency HR Management Reports display and analyze data in relation to the standard HRM performance measures, as well as any agency-unique drill down measures.
This information is used by agencies for internal management review and for assigned Governor's Management Accountability and Performance forums with the Governor. The information is also used by the Department of Personnel for the Statewide HR Management Report, a roll-up report and analysis that is presented to the Governor and all agency directors, and at GMAP forums.
