Will I know if my employee came to EAP?

If you refer your employee to EAP because of work performance problems and contact EAP prior to the employee calling EAP, we are required to let you know that the employee came in. We do not share any other information.

Work performance problems can be related to attendance, conduct, quality and/or quantity of work that is required.
