The Interagency Mediation Program (IAMP) is a proven alternative to help employers and employees resolve workplace disputes in a confidential, safe, and neutral environment.
The IAMP includes a pool of trained mediators forming a partnership of participating state agencies. The program, currently Thurston County based, is limited primarily to mediations occurring in Olympia.

If your agency does not currently participate, contact your HR department for more information including a referral to your local Dispute Resolution Center.
