How do I become an EAP Network Provider? 

The Washington State Department of Personnel (DOP) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) seeks to contract with qualified behavioral health, substance abuse, or Employee Assistance Professionals to provide employee assistance services at several locations in Washington State.

 

The EAP helps employees with personal or work-related problems that may be impacting their work performance. The client population includes employees of Washington State, other governmental entities, higher education institutions and their eligible family members.

Types of services sought:
The EAP refers clients to professional providers for assessment, face-to-face, short-term problem-solving, and for referral.

Locations where providers are needed: There are no additional Network Providers needed at this time.

How to apply:
The RFQ A100 response period for EAP Network Providers closed at 5:00 pm, February 14, 2011. Please feel free to check back as EAP may recruit additional providers at a future date, if needed.

To be notified about ALL state procurement that recruit behavioral health professionals, please register in WEBS (Washington Electronic Business Solutions) procurement website at http://ga.wa.gov/webs/. Businesses must register under one or more of the following commodity codes in order to receive notifications:

9855 - Medical Service Providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistance, medical staffing agencies. Includes medical and psychological services. Also includes evaluation and consultative services as well as the counseling of employees.)

9857 - Psychiatric/Mental Health Consultation and Support Services.
