Those HR Services that are now part of the
Department of Enterprise Services have moved to new offices at 1500 Jefferson in Olympia. The exception is the
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offices, which have not moved.
The HR policy functions are now part of the
Office of Financial Management. These offices will remain at 521 Capitol in Olympia.

- Recruitment and downsizing support
- DOP service center
- Internal DOP support, including HR, finance, contracts, and communications
- Information/Technical services
- Human Resource Management System (HRMS) services
Contact information has changed
With the exception of our main service numbers,
phone numbers changed for all staff who have moved. Numbers will not change for those who are remaining at 521 Capitol.
The
mailstop for 1500 Jefferson is 41481. Other mailstops have not changed.

Staff from all of the agencies involved in the consolidation and the move have been working for months to plan for a smooth transition. The same staff will provide the same services.
This website will remain as a central resource for information about all HR services, whether they’ll be housed within DES or OFM.
